Chicken Teriyaki |

Ingredients:
500 grams of chicken meat, cut into 2 x 4 cm
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Seasoning Ingredients:
5 tablespoons bottled teriyaki sauce, ready to use
1 tablespoon finely sliced green onion
1 teaspoon garlic grated
1 teaspoon grated ginger
½ teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon salt
Topping Ingredients:
2 leeks, thinly sliced
How to Treat:
1. Stir the chicken pieces with spice until blended.
2. Let stand for 1 hour to infuse.
3. Heat oil and saute chicken marinade follows.
4. Stir until stiff.
5. Cook until chicken is cooked and the sauce runs out.
6. Sprinkle with scallions.
7. Serve warm.
