California Rolls Sushi

California Rolls Sushi

Ingredients:
500 grams of rice
80 ml rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Dried seaweed
mayonnaise
Material Content (optional):
avocado
cucumber
eggs
smoked salmon
tuna

How to Treat:
1. Cook rice as usual.
2. When the rice is almost cooked mixed with rice wine vinegar, sugar and salt.
3. Cool the rice and set into a thin layer on top of a sheet of dried seaweed.
4. Set the contents that have been cut across the top of one side of rice that is set on top of seaweed.
5. Season with mayonnaise and then roll in the opposite direction.
6. Cut into wedges and serve.

Note:
For variety, who had been given seaweed rice can be rolled with a cone shape and then filled with a mixture of content and mayonnaise.

Usually the rice used is kind of Japanese rice is short and fat because it is more sticky.
